How close is it to the M54?
Junction 4 of the M54 is the nearest motorway junction to St George's; the parish sits just to its north. We have not yet converted that into a drive time: the actual minutes from the house to Junction 4 are still to be confirmed against a live route from TF2. Junction 5 is the alternative junction coming from the Shrewsbury/Wales direction via the A5; its drive time from the house is also still to be confirmed.

Sleeping and space
Three bedrooms: a king, a twin and a single, sleeping up to 5. That means a crew of three or four can each get their own room rather than doubling up. One bathroom, honestly described: there's a single bathroom, on the ground floor off the kitchen. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Rates for weekly and monthly stays
The nightly rate is £145.00. Stays of 7 nights or more get a 10% discount on the accommodation cost; stays of 28 nights or more get a 10% discount at the monthly rate instead (the two don't stack, you get whichever applies to the length of your stay). A single cleaning fee of £40.00 applies once per stay, not per week.

These are illustrative, calculated from today's rates. Rates can change by date (seasonal or event pricing), so the exact total for your dates is always confirmed in the live quote on the booking page before you pay; nothing is charged at the quoted price without that confirmation. There's no separate minimum stay to clear for a contractor booking: the minimum is 1 night, so a single night, a full week or a full month are all booked the same way.
Payment and company invoicing
Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. If check-in is more than 3650 days away, a deposit is taken at booking (30% by default) with the balance charged automatically 30 days before arrival; if check-in is within that window, full payment is taken at booking.
At booking, you can enter your company name against the stay. The site issues its own branded receipt/invoice from Shropshire Retreat Limited, not a Stripe receipt. Whether the guest's company name is printed on that invoice, and the invoice's VAT status, is still to be confirmed: ask before booking if either matters for your expenses process.
All bookings are non-refundable, including weekly and monthly stays. There is no partial refund for cutting a stay short. See the FAQ and the cancellation policy for the full wording before you book.
Parking, laundry and Wi-Fi
- Parking: free, on-street only. There's no private driveway or allocated bay. Worth factoring in if you're bringing a van or trade vehicle.
- Laundry: a washing machine is included in the house.
- Wi-Fi: included. Connection speed is still to be confirmed if that matters for remote work.
Check-in that fits a work schedule
Check-in is self-service via a key safe, with a new code for every booking, so there's no one to meet and no fixed arrival window to hit. Standard check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00. Early check-in and late checkout can be requested for £20.00 each, subject to availability on the nights either side of your stay. The full address and Wi-Fi details are sent by email and appear in the guest portal from 48 hours before arrival; the key safe code is sent separately, by text or WhatsApp, shortly before arrival. None of it is published on this site.
Confirmation
Confirmation works one of two ways, depending on the setting in place for this property at the time: either the booking confirms automatically once payment goes through, or the owner reviews it first, in which case your card is authorised but not charged until approval, and you hear back within 24 hours.

Is there parking for a van? Only free on-street parking; there's no off-street space reserved for the property. Typical street width and restrictions for larger vehicles are still to be confirmed.
Can I book a recurring weekly stay for a rotating crew? Each stay is booked individually through the site; there's no standing booking feature, so each week (or block of weeks) needs its own booking.
