House rules

• Check-in is from 15:00. Checkout is by 10:00. Early check-in and late checkout can be requested and paid for at booking, subject to availability.
• Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Please book for the actual number of people staying.
• No smoking anywhere inside the property.
• No pets, except registered assistance dogs.
• Parking is free, on-street only; there is no private driveway or allocated space.
• Self check-in is by key safe, with a new code for every booking, sent to you separately shortly before arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit of £50.00 applies; see our terms of booking for how and when it is collected and refunded.
• Please treat the property and its neighbours with consideration, including noise, particularly in the evening and early morning.
• Please leave the property in a reasonable state on departure.

You accept these house rules, alongside our cancellation policy and terms of booking, before payment; the version you accepted and the time you accepted it are recorded against your booking.
